The newbie council recruits new members ONLY through sponsorship by current members. Sponsorship will be done under strict circumstances and applicants must follow established guidlines. If you are being sponsored by anyone in in the council, make sure they tell you ALL that is involved in this process in terms of notes needed, time alloted for voting, etc. In the past, many people have not fully understood how the process is done and have run into trouble. If you have any questions, feel free to ask any current member or immortal of the Council.

If you are being sponsored or perhaps hope to be sponsored, please read the notes located on the New Players board in the Academy. You will be required to submit an application which must follow the outline laid out there exactly.  These notes may also answer any questions you have about the council.
